Hyperextensions



For most, this exercise is known as a back exercise. To get the hamstring involved in the exercise the pelvs should be completely free. The movement is now coming from the hip aswell.

Workout

3-4 series with 10-20 repetitions. 
Weighing pressed by a disc dumbbell chest to keep (5-20kg).
